All LuxeBrilliance pieces carry a 30-day return and exchange period from delivery. Personalized or engraved pieces are non-returnable once personalization is complete. Contact our team to start a return — we handle every request with discretion and no fuss.
Yes — every diamond over 0.30ct ships with independent certification from GIA, IGI, or GCAL, confirming the 4Cs exactly as listed. Certification is included at no extra cost on every eligible piece.
Yes — our full range is available in lab-grown diamonds. Lab-grown stones are physically, chemically, and optically identical to natural diamonds and are typically priced 50–70% lower for the same quality.
Standard pieces are crafted and dispatched within 5–7 business days. Engraved or fully custom pieces require an additional 5–7 days. Every order ships fully insured with signature required on delivery.
Most rings can be resized within 60 days of delivery, one time, free of charge. Eternity bands and certain pavé styles have resizing limitations due to the continuous diamond setting — our team will confirm eligibility for your specific piece.
Every piece includes our free Limited Lifetime Warranty, covering manufacturing defects and prong re-tipping. We also recommend a specialist jewelry insurance policy for full loss, theft, and accidental damage cover.
