A lab-grown diamond is a real diamond — chemically, physically, and optically identical to one formed deep in the earth. The only difference is origin. Every LuxeBrilliance diamond is a genuine diamond. It will sparkle, scratch glass, and pass every diamond tester — because it truly is one.

Why should I choose a lab-grown diamond?

Lab-grown diamonds offer the same beauty, brilliance, and durability as mined diamonds — at a significantly better value. Because they are grown rather than extracted from the earth, they come with complete peace of mind about their origin. You get a larger, higher-quality stone for your budget, with no ethical compromise.

Will my lab-grown diamond look different from a mined diamond?

Not at all — not even to a trained gemologist with a loupe. Lab-grown diamonds have the exact same refractive index, hardness (10 on the Mohs scale), and brilliance as mined diamonds. The only way to tell them apart requires highly specialised laboratory equipment. To the eye, on the hand, in any light — it is simply a stunning diamond.

Are LuxeBrilliance diamonds certified?

Yes. All our lab-grown diamonds are independently graded and certified by trusted gemological laboratories, including IGI (International Gemological Institute) and GIA (Gemological Institute of America). Your certificate confirms the diamond's Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat weight and is sent to you digitally after purchase. Please keep this document safe — it is required for any future returns and is costly to replace.

What are the 4 Cs and why do they matter?

The 4 Cs — Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat — are the global standard for evaluating diamond quality. Cut determines how brilliantly the diamond reflects light; Color grades the absence of yellow tint (D being the most colourless); Clarity measures the presence of internal inclusions; and Carat reflects the diamond's weight and size. Together, they help you find the perfect balance of beauty and budget.

How do I place an order?

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Flexible financing is available for eligible customers, and bank wire transfer can be arranged for larger orders. Promotional codes and gift cards can be applied at checkout. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Is shipping free?

Yes — shipping is always completely free at LuxeBrilliance, on every order, with no minimum spend. Your order ships via a trusted express carrier, fully insured for its retail value. A signature is required upon delivery to make sure your piece reaches you safely.

How long does delivery take?

Because most pieces are crafted to order, timelines vary. Your estimated delivery date is shown clearly at checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation email. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to follow it in real time.

Does LuxeBrilliance ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many international destinations and shipping is free on all orders worldwide. Shipments are fully insured for their retail value. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility and vary by country — we recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering. Once dispatched, orders cannot be rerouted for security reasons.

What is your return policy?

We offer free 30-day returns on all eligible orders. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, return it within 30 days of the date it was available for shipment for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked.

Please note that engraved and custom-designed pieces are final sale and cannot be returned. All returns must include the original diamond grading certificate.

Is return shipping free?

Yes. Return shipping is completely free. We provide a prepaid shipping label and packaging instructions. Your return is fully insured when you use our label — please follow the packaging guidance to ensure the item is protected during transit.

Can I resize my ring after purchase?

Yes. We offer one complimentary resize within 60 days of purchase regardless of sizing range. If your resize falls within the ring's standard sizing range, this service is available free of charge for up to one year. Our team will advise on the range for your ring at the time of purchase.

How do I find my ring size?

We offer a complimentary ring sizer on request so you can measure accurately from home before ordering. We recommend measuring in the evening when fingers are at their fullest. If you are unsure, our team is happy to guide you — just reach out via live chat or email.

Can I design a custom piece?

Absolutely. We work with clients to bring bespoke visions to life. Whether you have a detailed concept or simply a feeling, our design team will guide you from sketch to finished piece. Custom orders require additional lead time and are non-refundable once production begins. Contact us to start your consultation.

Do you offer ring engraving?

Yes. Personalised engraving is available on most rings — a date, initials, a phrase, or any inscription that is meaningful to you. Add your text during checkout. Please note that engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

I want to propose but my partner should choose the setting — what do I do?

We love helping with this. If you are set on your lab-grown diamond but want your partner to choose the ring, we offer a temporary classic solitaire setting so your proposal moment is still perfect. Within 60 days you can both return the temporary setting and choose the permanent mount together from our full collection.
