Not at all — not even to a trained gemologist with a loupe. Lab-grown diamonds have the exact same refractive index, hardness (10 on the Mohs scale), and brilliance as mined diamonds. The only way to tell them apart requires highly specialised laboratory equipment. To the eye, on the hand, in any light — it is simply a stunning diamond.

Yes. All our lab-grown diamonds are independently graded and certified by trusted gemological laboratories, including IGI (International Gemological Institute) and GIA (Gemological Institute of America). Your certificate confirms the diamond's Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat weight and is sent to you digitally after purchase. Please keep this document safe — it is required for any future returns and is costly to replace.

The 4 Cs — Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat — are the global standard for evaluating diamond quality. Cut determines how brilliantly the diamond reflects light; Color grades the absence of yellow tint (D being the most colourless); Clarity measures the presence of internal inclusions; and Carat reflects the diamond's weight and size.
