Pack your item carefully

Place your item in its original packaging and double-box it for transit. Include the original diamond grading certificate — returns without the certificate cannot be accepted. Retain your shipping receipt as proof of dispatch.

Receive your refund or exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. If you are exchanging, our team will help you select your new piece right away.

Free resize within 60 days

We offer one complimentary resize within 60 days of your purchase being available for shipment, regardless of the sizing range. Return shipping is free both ways.

Free resize within 1 year

If your resize falls within the ring's standard sizing range, this service is complimentary for up to one year. Our team will confirm the range applicable to your ring at the time of purchase.

How long do I have to return my order?

You have 30 days from the date your order was first available for shipment to return or exchange your purchase. We recommend initiating your return as early as possible to ensure you are within the window.

Is return shipping really free?

Yes, completely free. We provide a prepaid return shipping label via email. Your item is fully insured during transit when you use our label. Please do not use a personal carrier, drop box, or third-party service, as this will void the insurance coverage.

Do I need to include the diamond certificate in my return?

Yes. All diamond returns must include the original grading certificate issued by IGI or GIA. Returns received without the certificate cannot be accepted for refund. If your certificate has been misplaced, please contact us before sending your return.

How long does my refund take to process?

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed promptly to your original payment method. Processing times may vary slightly depending on your bank or card provider. We will notify you by email as soon as your refund has been issued.

Can I exchange my item instead of returning it?

Absolutely. Exchanges follow the same 30-day policy and the same free return shipping process. Once we receive your item, our team will help you choose a replacement. If the new piece is of a different value, we will adjust the difference accordingly.

Can I return an engraved ring?

Engraved pieces are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. If you have any concerns about an engraved item before it ships, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist you.
